Walked in at 8pm on a Sunday, after a hockey game. Had four workers walk past me as I stood at the door with my daughter. Finally had to ask the security guard if we were just supposed to seat ourselves, to which he said "I guess". Walked through an area of about four tables that all said "reserved" on them and to see a hostess. Finally found a table in the back to sit at. Several waitresses walked past, paying no attention to us. It took about 15 minutes before anyone stopped at our table, and asked if we had been helped. I replied no, and was asked for our drink order. That was immediately followed with being told that their menu was limited to appetizers because they were "in the process of closing". Ordered our food, which was okay tasting, and then was given the bill about halfway through our food. Stopped to use the bathroom before we left, which was in the basement, and was not well lit at the time. Not something I would suggest anyone go down to alone. Overall, I was VERY disappointed in my first experience here, and probably will not return. I was hoping for a fun atmosphere, filled with hockey history to show my kid, and was made to feel like I needed to hurry out even though online it shows that the establishment is open until 11pm.
