Just sold a cottage where Factum2 goes in and writes about a gable painted in 2017 that the tree is starved despite the paint company giving mine. 5 year warranty. Then they write that there is rust on the pipes in the bathroom on a union socket made of brass. The worst thing is that they actively go in and talk economics about electricity with the buyer, which results in a rejection requirement of 20000, which I then get negotiated down to 10000. In no way recommendable.
