After taking delivery of our new 2015 Impala we brought three concerns to the dealerships attention.
1.) The odometer statement we were asked to sign stated 35 miles when the odometer actually read 81 miles. When we asked about the mileage before hand we were told the care had less than 25 miles on the odometer.
2.) We were told the car would come with a full tank of gas when delivered. It had less than a quarter of a tank of gas.
3.) The car cleanup was adaquate at best.

When these concerns were brought to the Dealerships attention we suggested that none of them were deal breakers but they do speak to integrity. The response recieved was that Al Serra Dealership would reclean the car and the salesperson would purchase a gas card and mail it to us. Nothing was said about the odometer statement till it was brought back to their attention. It is two weeks after the transaction and I have yet to see a gas card. Before this response I called the number for the dealership provided in the email requesting this feedback hoping to avoid this publication. The individual who answered the phone did not know what to do with the call.

Though we are very happy with our new car we are not likely to make any further purchases from Al Serra based on the response to our generally small concerns. The feeling we are left with is that they have the money, the customer is no longer a concern.
