After a month of having terrible experiences going to Honda dealerships in the NY Metro area in search of a certified pre owned CR-V, we thankfully made our way to DCH Academy. The vehicle we came to look at was priced competitively and was in impeccable condition.
I can't stress enough how amazing Manny was throughout the whole purchasing experience. He was extremely informative and really left my wife and I feeling that he was working with us to get the best deal and not against us like most car salespeople made us feel. He even went above and beyond to run over to the new car building and get a big red bow to put on our car when he handed over the keys.
