Lovely hotel and excellent food but wouldn't be queuing up to go back. It was a shame 3 reception staff failed to give us a quiet room, they did not show any sign of trying to please us.The following day I accidentally met housekeeping supervisor Emma Quinn.she offered us a quiet room immediately, even offered to transfer our luggage,we couldn't thank her enough, such an understanding, professional lady.At last we were able to relax and enjoy our wedding anniversary weekend.We found other housekeeping ladies on the floor like Emma to be so informative as to places to visit locally and so friendly too, which we didn't experience at reception .When my husband paid the bill we couldn't help but notice how the receptionist did not thank us for the payment or enquire if we enjoyed our stay. Reception staff could learn alot from their housekeeping colleagues.
