Terry Blacks was a place that was not really on my radar for checking out until I got a $25 gift card through Wyndhams. So even though I essentially got a free meal to one of the best-known BBQ spots in Austin, I walked away feeling somewhat underwhelmed. Especially with the brisket, which I thought was mediocre. What I did deeply enjoy was the jalapeno cheddar sausage, the pork ribs were good, and so was the potato salad.
