One of the worst hotel experiences ever!

From the start, the front desk staff were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful.
I stayed here for a week and on the last day, one of the front desk said with a rude tone, you are still here? As of like she paid for our stay... I didn t know what to say

Note, I was very nice and polite so I don t know why she said that.

2nd, the hotel is dated, dirty, and the rooms are full with sand. The house keepers don t clean the rooms very good, and you have to ask for shampoo for many many times.

3rd, breakfast. I was forced to pay $150 for a whole week for breakfast, pool, which I didn t use, WiFi, also I didn t use, and other fees.
Btw, the breakfast is very bad quality and very simple.

4th. The noise. There are parties everyday from 3pm- 3am all week.
The parties are in the pool and they have a very very loud stereo system.
So if you think That you can sleep, you are wrong.
