Unique concept of converting an RV park into a timeshare with RV park models disguised as resort rooms. Crowded and driving to activities is a must. Continuous stream of free stayers for timeshare presentations. Beautiful country but landlocked by private property so hiking is a drive to must. Better timeshares in Sedona or Village of Oak Creek.
