The price, location, and the staff s professionalism was fantastic. The room was barely mediocre.

I was able to get a room for less than $130, which I was too excited about.

The entrance was literally across the street from the concert I was attending. My boyfriend and I was extremely tired, it was nice to grab some street food and go to our hotel. Everything just a few feet away. It was great.

The front desk was extremely courteous and accommodating. The manager (I m guessing) was able to help us with an issue with a fee. Very friendly and understanding.

The room reminded me of a dingy motel room. To be honest, I think a motel would be better. The window was stuck in position, leaving it an inch open the whole time. We couldn t tell if the heat was working or not because of the window. One of the lamps didn t work. There was trash still in the garbage pale. Stains all over the walls. Cigarette burns and holes everywhere. The Shower didn t look like it was cleaned in awhile. Luckily we were physically in the room for only 8hrs.

I might come back if I go to another concert in that specific location. But a room in Madison square garden for $130... I get what I get.
