I stopped by Richmond BMW to look at a Lexus. However, after receiving assistance from Lazarus, I drove away in my first BMW. Lazarus was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to work with! Anton made the paperwork signing fast and painless. I went back to have a 101 class on the vehicle and Aaron was equally as knowledgeable and friendly. I m not certain if all three of these gentlemen were hired by the same person but the management team has selected three wonderful staff members whose customer service has proven their true value to Richmond BMW!
