I was very happy with the breadth of services offered and the speed at which they responded to our inspection request. The comprehensive inspection report was delivered the next morning. After reviewing the report, I called our inspector to get a deeper understanding of one of the issues that had been identified and he was pleasant and very helpful in improving my understanding. Even though we live 1700 miles away, I feel that I got great service, a comprehensive report, and a responsive inspector to answer my questions.
