How do they just decide to lay off a whole night shift of workers and not even try to move them to day shift but don t cut back on day shift workers at all? What happened to nobody is getting laid off? now you have all these hard working men who bend over backwards for you stupid schedule and anything you ask them they do and you just lay them all off?
