I can't speak for all the staff here, but Jacob did an exemplary job in making my service experience as socially distanced as possible. He always had a mask on, and agreed to meet with me outside so I didn't have to enter the crowded lobby. I wish every salesperson in Abilene took the steps that Jacob does.
