Very disappointed with the service I received. I was assured the reason they are more expensive than online companies ( which were significantly cheaper) was the more personal service and was told online companies only correspond by email.

I never received one phone call and all correspondence was by email often weeks after information was received. Calls were never returned and Jenny ( who was sealing with my purchase) actually went on holiday and forgot to send paperwork over that she promised she would do before she left.

Eventually everything went through but do I think it was worth the extra hundreds of pounds I paid for the personal service, no. Next time I will try a well reviewed online company at the cheaper price.
