I visited Rubia Hair Salon last week and I must say, it's one of the best salons I've been to. The staff is friendly and professional. The stylist did an amazing job with my hair and I received many compliments afterwards. I will definitely be coming back to Rubia Hair Salon for all my future hair needs.
