Their order status page showed they received my ipad mini 6/30/13. The status page has not changed since. Repeated attempts using online chat/email has been useless. They have give me a number of excuses and finally found someone who said it was shipped back in the middle of July. They said USPS lost it and will replace it. Further excuses than came as got shipment in but they were for Verison (my unit was WiFii only) so I did not care, just send me one. They responded with the units were 16Gb but my unit was 64Gb. They could give me a $150 credit if I would take the 16Gb unit. I said no, ship me a 64Gb unit. The expected 64Gb units in the next 2-3 days. Said I would wait for the 64Gb unit. This will be one business that will never see me again or anyone who asks me for a recommendation.
Update 10/3/13. A replacement ipad mini has been provided and I consider this case closed. Cannot respond to the actual repair as I received a different unit. My one star has been revised to a 3 star.
