As of today, I am only giving Alliance Security a two star. In a few weeks, they may go down to 0! STAY TUNED! We had Alliance Security installed back in November, 2018. The only good thing I can say is that the installer was very knowledgeable.... THAT IS IT!! As he installed the system, he wanted to add a few things. I was on a budget, and couldn't . As the installer was in my house, Sean, from Alliance, called me to see if I wanted to install other features. I repeated, I was on a budget. All agreed.
After receiving my first bill I noticed it was way to high. I emailed, I called Sean, no reply. I called Alliance, first they said that it was sent with Sean's email. Looking back on my email, there is no attachment, or link to a contract. Then they said they would send it to me.... after 3 months, no contract and I'm still waiting! Part of their installation was RING, which is great, but now they want a monthly fee! What kind of business can do a job with no contract! What kind of business NEVER returns you call or Rep's "mailbox is full" and NEVER empties it! One more point. The security button they give you for " free" "I've fallen and can't get up" well, you might as well stay on the floor... it doesn't WORK! All I can say is before you install Alliance Security..... DON'T AGREE ON ANYTHING UNTIL YOU SEE IT IN WRITING!
