I worked with John Smith over the phone to purchase my truck from 450 miles away. John made the car buying experience hassle free. He accurately described the truck that they drove down half way to meet me where I purchased the truck. I ve never been to the Bob Brown dealership, but if they employ someone like John, then I d guess that it would be a pretty good place to do business. Thanks!!
