This star is one too many. This realtor Mark Siwiec is as unethical as they come. He/and his sellers accepted an offer above asking price, on his listing, signed a contract, then went on to solicit further offers. Mark did not go through the due process of having an attorney reject or/disqualify the contract before accepting a new offer, to which he referred to as the "Bidding war." We were not aware that after signing the contract, he could still solicit more offers, then go on to not release the former buyers, from this legally binding contract. We came to the conclusion that either he is ignorant of the real estate laws in NYS or he is just deliberately unethical and lacks integrity.

To add insult to injury the buyers that offered a higher bid are already over paying for a home which comps for that area do not justify the over inflated price of the home, making the other buyers victims of a predatory, and unscrupulous realtor. The unfortunate part is that this realtor is giving such a bad impression of this industry to individuals that are coming from out of state, these are medical residents looking to establish roots in our fine city, contribute to our community and this is what they encounter. A Shyster, a charlatan, and a fraud. Someone who is willing to execute contracts and then fail to dissolve them properly is not a someone who can be trusted. Buyer BEWARE! This is not someone whose word can be trusted. Pure chicanery.
