I'm neither an expert on hospitals, nor do I have a long history with them, but my latest stay was the best medical experience I've had. For myself, it all boils down to the staff, their training and management, and the patient oriented processes. Hopefully I won't need a hospital in the future, but if I do, I know where I'll go.
