I worked here for 1 year, horrible experience, nothing new to learn here, so left mavenir. my manager was asha mathew, everyone knows how cunning she is but nobody speaks against her.
1. she and her husband are running this consultancy called Initus. She selects only people coming from consultancy - to make money
2. She does not know any technical details, hardly comes office may be 4-5 times in a month
3.She has runied many people career, everyone knows there how dangerous she is. Basically she is running a scam, hiring people from her consultancy to make money. however good may be person if he is not from her consultancy she won't select.
nothing to learn here, pls dont spoil your career by joining this place.
