This company is a cheater. First at the time of joining they will say there is no target in this job you just have to attend the calls. But as the day passes they will start pressurizing mentally on you to achieve the target and they will not even pay you the salary on time. I am the sufferer my dear friends. I have worked there for about 2 months. On the very first month only they have paid my salary in two slabs that also very late. After first month they started behaving with me like an animal and sacked me saying that I haven't achieved the target. When I asked them for my full and final salary the HR of the company didn't allowed me to meet with the director. And when I successfully meet with the director he said my full and final salary would be paid after 45 days of your probation date. But this thing was no were written in the offer letter. And when they called me to take the check they have jus paid me for the only 15 days salary but I worked there for more than 20 working days deducting my off according to them only. I was suppose to get 7000 approx. + incentives + allowances but I was paid only 5400.
Now say friends question is to you... What do you think this company is a cheater or a big cheater?
