THE WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. IF IVY HELPS YOU, SHES'S VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I ASKED HER IF SHE GAVE ME A MINUTE TO PULL UP THE LAST 8 OF THE VIN ON MY CAR AND SHE RESPONDED "ACTUALLY I DO MIND, I HAVE TO GO TO LUNCH". THEN DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE IF YOU WANT TO RUN TO LUNCH SO BAD. I COMPLAINED ON HER AND SHE IS STILL THERE AND SHE SOUNDS LIKE SHE HATES HER JOB, IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE MISERABLE WORKING SOMEWHERE , FIND A DIFFERENT JOB! THEN GAP USES "NADA" RETAIL VALUE EVEN IF IT'S A PRE -OWNED VEHICLE , THEY OVER VALUE YOUR VEHICLE SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO PAY OUT THE CAR. IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS I WOULD HAVE NEVER CHOSE THEM . THEN ON TOP OF THAT IVY TOLD ME THE REASON WHY THEY ONLY PAID OUT A MINIMAL PAYMENT AND LEFT ME PAYING THE REMAINDER OF THE CAR LOAN WAS BECAUSE --->MY INSURANCE UNDERVALUED MY CAR. SO THEY PINNED THE BLAME ON MY INSURANCE INSTEAD OF TELLING ME WHAT THE ACTUAL CONTRACT STATES. WE HAD TO SPEAK TO LAURA ( A MANAGER ) WHO THEN EXPLAINED IT CORRECTLY AND HAD NO IDEA IVY EVER TOLD ME THAT. NEVER GO TO THEM EVER YOU PAY ALL THIS MONEY TO HAVE GAP FOR THEM TO BARELY PAY OUT ANYTHING.! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER GO TO THEM!
