I recently used the services of a home care provider and had a mixed experience. While the caregivers were generally friendly and helpful, there were a few instances where I felt they could have been more attentive. It would have been helpful if they provided more information about the company and their services upfront. However, overall it was an average experience and I appreciate the assistance they provided.
