Crystal Verret (Housekeeping Manager) is very rude...

Crystal Verret (Housekeeping Manager) is very rude and unprofessional. I had some issues with my room, I requested for Housekeeping Supervisor she came to my room after 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting.
The housekeeping manager Crystal says that I was fishing compensation while I didn t ask for anything just for a housekeeping or room change due to a vomit in my room.
I am very disappointed for the customer service skills from Crystal.
