The guys at alfa Romeo FW did a great job of making my car buying experience as comfortable and painless as possible. Lavaughn was very patient and allowed me to see many different options to ensure I found the perfect car. The desk manager worked with me on the price that I was willing to pay. Everyone was extremely nice and ensured that we were comfortable through out the car buying process. The only part of the transaction that I wish was smoother was picking the car. That part took a while to make a decision with soooo many different options that I didn t even know existed. As a first time buyer I wish the team took some time on the front end to show me the different options/packages/pricing to make the decision easier. All in all very satisfied with my experience!
