I was an employee here for several months. I am saddened to leave this company as my coworkers and management team has been nothing but AMAZING. I have never been in such a happy, comfortable, and home feeling work environment. This is the only job I ve had that I have not absolutely hated. I love it here. No matter what they always did what they could. Their employees weren t a number. They were people and They truly care about their team, and the properties we secure. I wish I could give this place a 10 star rating as they deserve it. Life happened to me quite a few times with accidents, to Covid, to deaths, they always understood and never made me feel defeated. They always looked out for me before I could even give a suggestion. Thank you Martin Ross team!!
