I received an email offer from them regarding their Vehicle Exchange Program . I reached out to a manager and was called back by a sales rep. So I was in constant contact with Zach but after an abrupt stop, I never heard anything further. So I called the dealership asking for a manager to contact me; they took my info and said I d get a call back. It s been a couple weeks and I m still waiting on that call. If this is how business is done now I ll steer clear. When I bought my first car here it was a great experience, but it seems now that things have changed. Not sure why it s so hard to be called back about an offer they extended to me but I guess it s ok. Saves me time as I was willing to drive 3 hours just to do business with them again.
