Perfectly polite. Decent facilty. Just no results. Thought it was me or my condition, as if I just couldn't be helped. Two years later having same issues and seeing a new phys therapist. It was a completely different experience! Spend your money elsewhere. They're more concerned with niceties than diagnosis.
