The men of Shoptrader hardly respond to complaints...

The men of Shoptrader hardly respond to complaints and questions from paying customers. Our webshop has been missing out on sales for two months due to an error in the Shoptrader system. The confirm button is hidden in the code due to an error and customers cannot confirm orders (pay!). Asking for a solution is apparently too much to ask. Ask for a response at all, they communicate nothing. Perhaps, because of this review, they can suddenly answer. I'm very curious.
