Aesthetically beautiful. But there are much more interesting free spas.
The water of the Saturnia thermal baths are full of red worms: there are many. The water also comes from the discharges of the thermal baths for a fee. The water is lukewarm, you are pleasantly inside, until you see the worms. If you want warmer water I recommend the spas of Petriolo, those of San Filippo and those of Vignoni. (All with free access)
Finally, I advise you to remove all the silver things you have on before entering the water: the thermal waters oxidize the silver and you will have to clean it with suitable products later.
