I asked for something simple because I like to see the essence of the cook. Maybe my spaghetti bologna was too simple but I thought I would find the rattatui experience that I didn't find. I thought the attention was better but when an innkeeper is guaranteed the tip of 18%, he doesn't care if the food comes out on time or if there is something missing from the diners.
