Was pleased with the beginning process with this company. I had the dumpster picked up on 11/28 and on 1/4 was charged a overweight fee of $200. I am ok with the fee as it was clearly stated but was very unhappy to get a credit card charge 37 days later. I had already billed my customer for the dumpster and now I am stuck with the fee. Alpha told me that because of the holidays and employees vacations there was a delay and that they are sure my customer would be "ok" with me giving them a bill 30+ days later. They also told me that I should of called in to see if the load was closed out and to get the weight on the job before I closed it out on my end. Once again I was pleased with the beginning part of this rental but their handling of the the closing of the billing will lead me to us another company next time.
