The new track is amazing. However I do not like that there is a reserved handicap parking. When asked about this, ISM Raceway had no clue what this was. Or that you have to pay to park there when you are handicap. My issue is how can you say one handicap is worse than the other? And make them pay? All should be free, like it used to be. No one should have to pay to park when they are handicap, period.
