HP printer customer service, in India, asked to take control of our pc to fix our new defective all-in-one printer.
My 95 yr old Mom agreed and the monitor screen lite up like the 4th with all the lowered firewall viruses and computer crud out there !!
Took a tech 40hrs to clean the pc and HP continues to deny any responsibility for their India employee.

Bad bad bad HP !!
