I love SMaSHBURGeR don't get me wrong, BUT--- this...

I love SMaSHBURGeR don't get me wrong, BUT--- this day was rather disappointing.

First- Iren the cashier greeted me as such; "What's Up." While looking tired and bothered lazily leaning on the register. I was confused because what kind of greeting is that to begin an order.

So I proceeded to make my order, I tried the triple double plain only cheese and lettuce, as well I've always ordered mixed fries the sweet potatoes and the regular smash fries. But this time I wasn't allowed to do so, so I had to order two orders of fries. Which is fine.

Second- Iren handed me my receipt in a lazed irritation as my receipt ripped and fell I had to catch it and I walked away because I was not pleased.

Third- on my way to the restroom there was another worker cleaning the floor with the mop and mop bucket, fine ok but when I come out she's touching the top of my fries to put them in my bag I was not happy and on top of that my burger had no lettuce and the smash fries were cold. I never complain but today I have to say something the CUstomer service was not at all pleasing and I rarely pay attention. Ps two other customers had issues so I decided to say something.

Dear Smash Burger owners please work on training better sanitation and customer service skills and appearance for your employees, things as small as that can make a loyal customer never come back.
