Reserved a room for my daughter over the labor day...

Reserved a room for my daughter over the labor day weekend. She left a garment bag with some clothes hanging in the closet when she checked out. She called about an hour later when she realized and they said they would go up and check and mail it. We told them they could charge any FedEx/UPS charges to the credit card on file. They have never called her back. She has called three times to find out what is going on. Each time they say they will call back and let her know and never do. Since it had only been an hour, I'm sure the garment bag was still there, but it's become apparent they have never checked, and it appears they are not going to (probably gone by now). I'm a Hilton Diamond member and stay at Hilton Hotels all over the world. I'm extremely disappointed that this hotel could not take a moment to grab a left garment bag out of a closet and ship it at no cost to them, and that they will not even call my daughter back as promised. Very Disappointed and will not be returning to this hotel. Next time I will stay at the Curtis hotel just up the street. It's a Double Tree and their staff seems to be much more competent.
