I believe that due to the fact of this being such an iconic building and for meaning what it does, the staff unfortunately let it go to their brains. This was the first time EVER that I did not feel welcomed at a hermes boutique. The girls from the handbag area had that very snobbish air and look on their faces. Very disappointing. Don t wish to come back to this store in the future.
