A pair of designer sunglasses were stolen out of my trade in car. It was late at night they were closing and I was rushing to gather my things out of my old car. I returned not even 2 days later to retreive them Low and behold they were gone. I also found another review stating the same thing had happened to them. I addressed this with my sales rep Fernando Londono who didn t seem to really care so I went in and spoke to his supervisor Marjine Perez Uddin who assured me that she would take care of this mattter and make things right. However after a couple of messages she has yet to get back with me or even reply it s now day five. As a repeat customer (2nd time) spending thousands of dollars with the Mercedes bens pompano location I definitely expected better. I am very disappointed. I just want my glasses back or either the money to replace them. I do not think that is an unreasonable request.
