I contacted the better business bureau because I was having trouble getting a free copy of my credit report from Equifax. The Better Business Bureau contacted Equifax on my behalf and Equifax agreed to mail me a copy of my report. I was very satisfied with the speed and professionalism they showed while assisting me. I would use them again should I ever find myself in need of their assistance again. Diane Bason
