The interview process was grueling. It's more of an interrogation! We have years of kitten & cat experience, but these people will stare you down & make you 2nd guess yourself. After spending 4 hours (I'm NOT kidding!) here, going back & forth with what cat THEY felt we should have, we left empty handed. (WARNING: If you tell them you have a grown cat at home, they won't let you take just one kitten. They'll insist you take 2!) Ridiculous!!!
