It was a beautiful hotel and our room was nice. The balcony view was amazing. However, we ended up with no heat due to the electricity going out. The generators only kept the elevators, hallway lights and computers running which was disappointing. It was a Valentines day getaway and though they couldn't control the weather they could have made sure we were comfortable. We checked out early not knowing when we would have heat in our room.
