I have had a very rough time with my lil' Chevy So...

I have had a very rough time with my lil' Chevy Sonic 2013 that I bought from Mayse. Left a really bad review for them about 7 months ago, but I felt like it should be mended. The owner of Mayse called me personally to express his regret about the hardship that the car has caused me, but also calmly explained how they receive their pre-owned cars and that they have no control over which ones they receive. So my complaints about the car are more towards GM than to Mayse Automotive.
Everyone that I've talked to through Mayse has been kind, patient, and very professional. Not to mention they always have the happiest people just waiting to take your calls and guide them appropriately!
Back to the owner, a very very nice man who knows how to treat his customers as well as explain to them how processes go. Since my car's timing belt went out a mere 300miles before my warranty was over and Chevrolet Reliable said they wouldn't do the repair since it wasnt covered under my warranty (and said they 'fixed' my AC, which they didnt, but Mayse did!!) But Mr. Mayse said that they would take care of my timing belt and my AC. And for that I am fixing my review and giving them the 5 stars they deserve. :)
