On arrival the queue to come through immagration was hideous, and 45-60 long! On the way out it took 1 hour to checkin, due to lacking staff numbers. All in all, a poor experience. Staff generally, excluding duty free were exceptionally rude. This airport could benefit with better customer service skills training, and more passenger information generally.
