We recently upgraded from ADSL to NBN at our home. The faultless expertise and attention to not damaging our property far better than any we have experienced with other tradesmen.
On a second site, the phone on our previously installed NBN was not functioning. The online technician quickly identified that the Modem was defective. In a matter of days we received the replacement modem. Once we replaced IiNet's online technician very patiently talked us through the setup of passwords etcetera.
We found the staff of IiNet were always courteous, polite, patient and very helpful.
