I ve used big league for 2 moves with good results. I set up a third move with big league and there were nothing but issues. First I could not get anyone in the menphis office to take my call. I was directed to the Atlanta office for setup. Days before my move they contacted me saying the could not move a large urn they had moved during 2 other moves. When asked why they said because it was a personal item. It s a concrete urn that is in 2 pieces each weighing about 300 pounds each. It s not a personal item it s just a heavy item that one person I.e I cannot move myself. When asked what had changed Alicia said she could not tell me that information. They then cancelled my move. I had great experiences with big league previously and I m not sure what has changed. I asked if the company had been sold or under new Managment and Alicia said she couldn t discuss that. Clearly there is a change and I would stay very far away. This was a terrible experience. It s sad they they would lose a repeat customer who has recommended them to others. Very unprofessional.
