Monday to Friday you can take a self-guided, free tour of distillery and small museum. Then you can have a tasting for a small fee at the Copper Still Bar which is in a beautifully restored historic house. The people who do the tastings tell you the history of the distillery, rum business on Barbados and rums you taste. They are very knowledgeable. The gift shop has some terrific values on souvenirs and of course, their rum. This distillery makes rum for many labels and we think it's the best rum on the island. We especially like Old Brigand for sn every day sipping rum or to make rum punch. But they have many rums of varying alcohol levels that are drlicious. You also learn how to make true rum punch and taste a delicious premix for rum punch called Billy D's. This distillery is a must do on Barbados. Enjoy the self-guided tour, tasting, and walk the beautiful grounds.
