Signed my child up for swimming classes then neede...

Signed my child up for swimming classes then needed to reschedule due to illness. My wife and I called their Aquatics Dept and left messages several times over two days, but no one could be bothered to call us back. They do not value their paying clients time at all. Update: Someone finally called me 8 minutes before the class would start and left me a canned response of no refunds, can't do anything to help. I am seriously considering canceling my entire membership over this idiocy. There was no acknowledgement on how long they took to respond or the extenuating circumstances. If this is how they treat my time, I don't want to know how they'd treat my child.
