I ve been trying to place an order online for a week now.. Awful terrible frustrating experience. It appears the only solution to buy from Ikea in the year 2020 is to physically go there in full pandemic.. ikea never heard of online, why do they let me place items in basket if they re not available for online purchase or if they re not in store??? I even tried to place an order and pick the items myself but it s nit possible.. I have to personally go there and place the order for some items...
