Ideally situated for everything in Manhattan. Near to Subways, buses and taxis. Within walking distance of the Hudson River, Central Park, Times Square and Broadway.
The staff are professional and very friendly. The breakfast bar for a $5 donation to charity is well worth it, one of the cheapest coffee and doughnuts you will find in New York. You are paying a premium for being so centrally placed. The hotel is pleasant but areas of it look in need of renovation. Our room was spacious and the bed enormous. We slept soundly on a very comfortable bed despite the fact that New York never sleeps. The room was cleaned regularly but we needed extra coffee etc for the room as no hotel meets our coffee consumption. The bathroom was clean but needed modernising.

We found everyone in New York very friendly and welcoming. The transport is fantastic. We enjoyed our stay in the Manhattan at Times Square.
